Doctors and the medical industry in general tend to blame God for the diseases they help to create. They would say a disease is heredity if they don’t have a cure to it. In fact, they don’t have a cure to anything except the antibotics cure, because not having a cure means profit. If they keep you sick, they can keep making money.

Now that you know that genes are changed by lifestyle, the power is once again back to your hand. You can be confident that anything can be overcome. There is no bad luck. God didn’t give you hereditary weakness, but your parents did. You can still change it for the better, for yourself and your next generation.

Real Foods Are God’s Medicine

Real foods have healing property. Everything comes down to eating real foods. If you simply make every effort to eat real meats, fishes, eggs, fruits, nuts, and vegetables, then you will find yourself eating much less (not too much meat of course).

Some foods can curb hungers. Some foods help to detox the body of metals and toxins. Some foods give you steady blood sugar to keep you energized. Some foods do more than a few things at the same times. At the end, you will lose the pounds easily, and it is not more expensive to do so than eating the cheaper, but lower quality foods.

If you also take into account the medical expense that you will save by eating real foods, it is actually much cheaper to eat real foods.

For example, rye (bread or pasta) can turn off all the genes responsible for diabetes. In fact, foods are information that can change our genes for good, or for worst. If you eat healthy, organic foods, they will in general have good impacts on your genes, and if you eat processed foods, refined sugar, and non-grass-fed animals, they tend to have negative impacts on your genes.

Good foods also benefit our guts’ flora, which contains billions of bacteria. Their DNA outnumbered our own DNA by at least a 100 times. What we eat can determine the condition of our guts, and the condition of our guts determine the level of our health.

Doctors and the medical industry in general tend to blame God for the diseases they help to create. They would say a disease is heredity if they don’t have a cure to it. In fact, they don’t have a cure to anything except the antibotics cure, because not having a cure means profit. If they keep you sick, they can keep making money.

Now that you know that genes are changed by lifestyle, the power is once again back to your hand. You can be confident that anything can be overcome. There is no bad luck. God didn’t give you hereditary weakness, but your parents did. You can still change it for the better, for yourself and your next generation.

Obesity Means Malnourishment

When a person is hungry for a while (due to poverty or dieting), and suddenly is allowed to eat (through social security or foods stamp or end of dieting), naturally he would go for cheap foods that are high in calories, high in sugars, and bad fats. Junks foods are made cheaper by the foods industry, because the governments subsidize corns and soys productions, and genetically engineered corns and soys are raw materials of the corn-fed animals, sugars, and other food-like substances.

Hunger and malnourishment cause the body to slow down in metabolism, and because of that, when foods come finally it quickly stores the fats, calories, and other toxic materials, which makes the body fats. The body needs real vitamins, minerals, and good fats to get rid of toxins, bad fats, and maintain a high metabolism.

This is why people who suffers poverty, or people who diet often usually fail to lose weight.

Obesity is also a form of lie, in that it creates a false image of overnourishment. This makes it extra hard for the sufferers to lose weight. People may easily judge the fat person as being lazy, or glutton. The sufferers themselves would feel guilty, but the fact is that they are caught in a vicious cycle.

Overweight persons could feel depressed when they fail to break the foods addiction. Depression drains our mental energy. We need to stay as happy as possible to stay away from any addiction, because a depressed person would easily seek comfort in addiction to medicate the pains. Depression will also cause many other diseases and pains to manifest in our bodies.

Do not think about how you might fail. Do not be deceived by your experience or feeling, but believe in the liberating truth, and in time you will see success. Even when you feel like you are failing at losing weight, don’t stop trying to eat healthy and exercise, but believe that your body is doing the necessary work to get rids of the bad stuff you have been accumulating in your system for so many years.

Hunger Can Be Curbed

Eating better will enable you to eat less! The trick is to eat foods that have high fibers content. Fruits and vegetables can quickly fill you up, because of the abundant fibers in them. You may even eat foods that have high carbohydrates content as long as it has a lot of fiber to go with it.

Remember, always eat natural sugars only. You should also get sea salts only, because sea salts come with over 60 trace minerals that are vital to your system, but table salt is posionous and it causes high blood pressure.

Simply by eating natural sugars and sea salts only will help you lose a lot of pounds.

Always drink a lot of spring water, or well water. Beware of floridizated water because Floride is more posionous than leads, and it will deplete iodine in your body, and this is why there are so many people with hypothyroidism and hypethyroidism these days. Thyroid disorders will also slow down metabolism and cause weight gain.

When you do the basic right (natural sugar, salt, and water), you will sleep better, lose weight, and have much more energy.

I love organic apples. I have never loved apples so much until recently, when I discovered the deliciousness of organic apples! It helps me curb sugar craving because of its fiber. Natural sugars that come from fruits are mild and healthy to the body, because they get slowly absorbed by the body and provide steady fuel to the cells.

White sugar, however, will cause sugar crash, and the body will secret a lot of insulin to bring the blood sugar level down. This results in hunger, because the blood sugar is suddenly gone, and lack of blood sugar causes the person to crave more sugars. This is why refined sugar is a lie. It lies to the body.

Sunlight is crucial. 5 to 10 minutes of exposures to the Sun will ensure your body has adequate amount of vitamin D. Without sufficient vitamin D, you will never curb excessive hunger and sugar craving. This is why winter makes people fat!

In the beginning of healthy diet, you may feel bad instead of better, because your system is going through cleansing and the bad bacteria in your gut are dying and struggling to survive. Depends on your health condition, you may need to kill the bad bacteria and parasites with special supplements such as colloidal silver (to kill the bad gems), probiotic (to re-colonize your gut with healthy bacteria after the colloida silver did the work), high potency vitamins, and minerals.

A healthy person should not feel hungry often. A healthy person can fast for days without any health issue. Get your body fixed with healthy foods, and moderate exercise (it’s a lot to many people), and excessive hungers will be gone.
